It's Only Partisan For Republicans

I await the Washington Post editorial and the David Broder column criticizing this bit of partisanship from supposedly bipartisan Gov. Tim Kaine. I bet I will wait a long time.

I actually don't object to the tactic -- though I wish he'd employ it for something other than an effort to raise my taxes -- but if this were Gov. Gilmore or Gov. Allen, we'd hear lots of wailing and gnashing of teeth.
